Cupertino

Community Highlights

The Cupertino Center of Art of living has conducted over 100 Happiness Program and Meditation courses reaching out to over 2500 residents helping them lead a healthy stress-free life.

As part of reaching out to the community that we live in, Cupertino Center has been performing homeless lunch bag service every month for the past 6 years.  Primarily focused on getting children involved, it is open to everybody. The AOL Cupertino community comes together to prepare 100 lunch bags that include 2 PBJs, an apple, a juice box, and an energy bar.  All these are packed nicely and the lunch bags are delivered to the homeless shelter in San Jose downtown. Supplies are donated by one or more members of the Cupertino center.

In addition, we build awareness on healthy living  through our Art of Wholesome eating classes,

Conduct Yoga lessons, seminars on integrative medicines and Ayurveda,  classes on how to deal with your teen (Know your Child and Know your Teen), etc

Our Civic Engagement includes a project where our center has adopted a portion of Highway 85 and we are looking forward to involving more volunteers to help clean the highway on a regular basis.
